Royal Premium Gold: Caviar from hybrid sturgeon - a breeding result from decades of experience

The hybrid sturgeon is a cross between the two varieties Acipenser Schrenckii and Huso Dauricus (Amur & Kaluga sturgeon - also called River Beluga). This hybrid of Beluga is perfect for caviar production, as the roe has a particularly fine aroma and a wide color spectrum from very light to dark brown. For the Shah caviar Royal Premium Gold, the lightest grains are sorted by hand to offer you a special delicacy. The aroma of this particularly light caviar is often described as the perfect combination of the creamy taste of the Beluga and the nutty, mild aftertaste of the Osietra caviar.


Husbandry in a species-appropriate manner is important to us and also guarantees our top-class caviar quality. Our sturgeon farm is a very extensive, natural lake landscape. They offer the animals enough space and water. The sturgeon breeding is supervised by our experienced caviar master, who has been managing sturgeon caviar breeding facilities for more than 40 years.

Shelf life and ingredients of our best Royal Premium Gold caviar:

Sturgeon roe from our company is of course always impressive due to its consistent freshness. We only fill the caviar for you when you place your order. All of our sturgeon caviar varieties have a shelf life of at least 8 weeks in the refrigerator at 4 °C when unopened. Once opened, the sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator with the lid pressed tightly on for around 1-2 days. Please note the sticker with the current use-by date on your can.
